My roomate and her friend were drunk and had to break into the house via the screen porch window where I store my plants. Sage was left in tact and she was able to replant Cilantro since it was getting pretty big and had stable roots. However Mint and Dill were not so lucky. Now I have to replant them AGAIN!! Well at least this time it's not my fault. The 3 month old Rosemary's new big pot was critically damaged so I will have to buy a new one. Basil and Oregano were on another side and were unharmed.

I have started planting some new herbs before I have even finished creating the charecters for them. I have planted Sage, Cilantro and Catnip. All but catnip have bloomed quickly and are maturing nicely. I have also resprouted Oregano for the second time, Dill for the fourth, and Rosemary for the second time. THe original Rosemary is almost a foot tall and it's in a new bigger pot. I am really enjoying all my little plants. Although TO THIS DAY, I have not been able to successfully sprout Mint, even with furtilizers. So I'm going to have to figure out some better advice and to rewrite the instructions. Also I will have to raise it's difficulty rating. So sad, I want Mint!

Expect Cilantro, Sage and Catnip to be released by Katsucon at the latest.

Sorry I haven't been motivated to update, I'm not sure many people watch this much but I still want records of my progress.

Rosemary I: Growing tall and strong, needs a new bigger pot this week.
Basil I: Continues to grow steadly, about 4in tall.
Dill I: Has died due to the extreamly hot weather. Currently replanting.
Oregano I: Also fell to extreame heat, replanted, due to sprout in 3 weeks.
Mint II: Planted for two weeks, sprouting expected this week.

I have learned that though Dill is easy to sprout that it is highly sensitive to the heat wave.

Soon I'm going to buy Sage to plant.

So many updates, my internet was out, there has been so much progress with my plants.

Both Basil's first sprouted on June 3rd, almost exactally a week from planting. I planted two seperate Basil plants and they both sprouted on exactally the same day. I am very excited by this consistancy.

However, I experienced a tragedy. Oregano was knocked over by my stupid inconsiderate drunk roomate, whom I will kill. Oregano has been replanted and is due to sprout by the 15th.

On June 5th Dill started to sprout and is still going strong. Today when I went to water my plants I notice my drunk roomate had knocked down Rosemary, which was just a few days from sprouting! The 2 month old Rosemary is fine. All of the plants have been moved to a safer, yet less sunny location. I need to find a place where he and his drunk floosies can't knock them over but it's seeming quite futile. I'm not sure if I'll replant Rosemary just yet.

I might as well try to post a templete before promoting this. First time posters should list a quick bio, which plant they have, and weather or not they've planted it yet. It would be nice for the posts to be focused on herbs but I don't mind if they go off a little, but don't go coo coo!

Currently I have Rosemary at 7 weeks. She is about 6in tall and going strong.

I have just planted Dill, Mint, Basil and Oregano. They should sprout in 2-3 weeks.

LJ icons will be posted soon!
